You set the direction.
Your team does the work.
Be More Swan gives you a team of digital assistants. Each one is hired for a single job, they all work together, and none of them sends anything out until you say so. It isn’t another app to learn. It’s the help you’ve been doing without.

The work that never quite gets done
Every founder has a list. The posts you mean to write. The newsletter you haven’t sent since spring. The leads you never got round to emailing. The website that says far less than it should.
The work you do yourself
At ten o’clock at night, after the real work is done, because nobody else will.
- Writing this week’s social posts
- Turning what you know into a blog article
- Fixing the words on your website
The work you’d hire for, if you could
A marketer, a copywriter, someone for sales. Each one a salary you can’t justify yet.
- Finding new customers and writing to them
- Keeping in touch with the ones you have
- Running a proper campaign towards a goal
That’s the work Be More Swan is for.
Hire for a role, not a tool
You don’t buy software and work out how to use it. You hire an assistant for a job, the way you’d hire a person, and it arrives knowing how to do it.
How one assistant works
Brief it once, then let it get on with it. You only step in to say yes, no, or “not quite”.
Brief it like a new starter
Tell it about your business, what you sell, who your customers are and how you like to sound — the conversation you’d have with anyone joining your team on their first day. It takes about ten to fifteen minutes.
Then decide the rhythm: three posts a week, an article a fortnight, a newsletter every month.
It does the work. You say yes.
Your assistant drafts on its own, in the background, whether you’re logged in or not. Every draft then waits for you, shown exactly as your customers will see it.
Approve it, change a word, or send it back with a note. Nothing goes out until you’re happy.
It learns how you like things
Every time you turn a draft down and say why, your assistant turns that into a rule it follows next time. The first week, you’ll make a few changes. A month in, you’ll mostly be pressing Approve.
When you trust it, you can let some work go out on its own — and switch that off again whenever you like.
Better together
One assistant saves you hours. A team changes how your business runs. Your assistants share what they know — your products, your brand, and what the rest of the team has done this week — so they build on each other’s work instead of repeating it.
Give it a goal, not a to-do list
Tell your Marketing Campaign Orchestrator what you want — “win 25 new wholesale accounts before Christmas” — and it plans the campaign and briefs the rest of the team: leads to find, posts to write, emails to send.
You decide how much of your monthly allowance it can use, and it asks before going further.
Assistants hand work to each other
Your Mystery Shopper reads your website the way a stranger would and tells you exactly what to change. When the fix is a post, an article or an email, it suggests the job for the assistant who does that — with the brief already written for you to send.
And when a lead your Lead Generation Assistant found becomes a customer, they can join your mailing list, so your Email Marketing Assistant keeps them coming back.
You stay in charge
Your name is on everything your assistants make, so you have the final word on all of it.
Every post, article and email waits for your approval unless you choose otherwise — one platform at a time, and only for as long as you want.
Every assistant follows built-in safety rules that come before any instruction, so your business is never put somewhere it shouldn’t be.
Work is counted in tasks. When the month’s allowance is used, your assistants simply pause — there is never a surprise bill.
Your data is kept apart from every other customer’s and is never used to train AI models. You own what your assistants make.
A new way of working: become more
Above the water, a swan looks effortless. Underneath, it’s paddling hard. Most founders are all paddle — doing every job, all of the time, and never quite catching up.
AI isn’t here to replace you. Used well, it’s the team that takes on the paddling, so you can spend your time on what only you can do: the customer conversations, the next idea, the afternoon off you keep promising yourself.
Don’t do more. Be more.
