What happens if I use all my tasks?
We tell you at 80% how many tasks you have left. At 100% your assistants stop and wait — and your allowance resets on the 1st of the next month.
Your task limit is a hard ceiling, not a meter. We do not bill you for going over it, because you cannot go over it. There is no overage rate, no automatic top-up, and no invoice you didn't expect — if you want more capacity you choose to upgrade, and nothing happens until you do.
What are AI credits?
Credits are the tokens your plan includes each month for AI media generation. Each AI-generated image costs 1 credit and each AI-generated video costs 5 credits. Your monthly allowance is set by your subscription plan, and any unused credits roll over to the next month.
Your included allowance is designed to cover typical usage, and because credits roll over, a quiet month builds a buffer for a busy one. If you need consistently more, upgrading is the way to get it — there is no automatic top-up that can surprise your bill. Pulling media from your own uploads or the built-in stock library never uses credits at all.
