What counts as a task?
A task is one finished piece of work: a social post (once, however many platforms it goes to), a blog article, a lead search, an email or email flow, an outreach email, a website audit or draft, or the words for a printable flyer. Every plan has one monthly allowance that covers all of it — there are no separate credits to keep track of.
A few things cost far more to make, so they count as more than one task:
- • An AI image — 1 task
- • An AI video — 20 tasks (Busywork Buster)
- • An AI music track — 20 tasks, or 12 if you share it with the community
- • A post to X with a link — 10 tasks (a text-only X post costs nothing extra)
Chatting with your assistants and the editing helpers are free — rewrites, suggested hooks, quality reviews and compliance checks don't use tasks. They have a generous daily fair-use limit to protect the service. Stock photos, your own uploads, branded cards and a flyer's pages and print files never use tasks, and nothing is counted until the work is delivered.
What happens if I use all my tasks?
We tell you at 80% how many tasks you have left. At 100% your assistants pause and wait — and your allowance resets on the 1st of the next month. If you have bonus tasks, your assistants carry on using those before anything pauses.
Your task allowance is a hard ceiling. We do not bill you for going over it, because you cannot go over it. There is no overage rate, no automatic top-up, and no invoice you didn't expect — if you want more capacity you choose to upgrade, and nothing changes until you do.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose Tier 1 if there is one job you want off your plate, such as your social media. Choose Tier 2 if you want several assistants working at once, AI video, or assistants that change their own plan when a goal slips. You can move up at any time and only pay the difference for the days left in your billing period.
Can I change my assistant on Tier 1?
On Tier 1 you can switch to a different assistant once per calendar month. The allowance resets on the 1st. Pausing and resuming an assistant, or bringing back the one you started the month with, doesn't count. Your task allowance is shared, so switching doesn't reset it. To run several assistants at the same time, choose Tier 2.
What does a month of tasks look like?
A social post every day with its own AI image uses about 60 tasks a month. A weekly blog article uses about 4. A lead search uses 1, and so does each outreach email. AI video and music use 20 each, so they add up fastest. Your workspace shows what you have used, by assistant and by type of work.
Do unused tasks roll over?
No. Your allowance resets on the 1st of each month. Any bonus tasks on your account never expire, and are only used once your monthly allowance runs out.

Do prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. The full amount, including any VAT, is shown at checkout before you pay, and every payment comes with an invoice you can download from Billing.
