What it does for you

The Lead Generation Assistant finds businesses that match your ideal customer, scores each one against what you told it, finds their published contact details and drafts a personal email for each good fit.

You review every email before it is sent, from your own Gmail or Outlook. Replies come back into the assistant, follow-ups are sent for you if you want them, and when a deal is won you can add the new customer to your Audience in one click.

How it works

  1. Describe who you want

In plain English — for example, independent cafés in Leeds with no online ordering.

  2. Approve the search plan

See the searches it will run before it spends anything, and edit them if you like.

  3. Review the leads

Each company is scored hot, warm or cold with the reasons, and the good ones get a drafted email.

  4. Approve the outreach

Read each email and approve it. It's sent from your address, and replies come back to you.

Key features

Every lead, explained

See why each company scored the way it did, with links to the pages the assistant read. Research a company further, correct its details, or move it on to outreach.

Personal outreach, not mail merge

Each email is written for that company, in your sales tone, and waits for your approval. Approving is what sends.

Conversations and outcomes in one place

Replies, follow-ups and your answers sit in one thread per lead. Record the outcome — won, lost or not a fit — and see what is working.

Questions

Will it email people without asking me?
No. Every outreach email waits for your approval — approving is what sends it. If you've chosen to chase leads who don't reply, approving also schedules up to three follow-ups, which stop as soon as they reply or you record an outcome.
Why don't all leads have an email address?
It only uses contact details it can find for that business — roughly one small business in three has a findable address. You can add one yourself with Edit, or ask it to look again later.
What do I need before sending?
Your business postal address, which the law requires in every marketing email, and ideally a connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox. Without one, you get each draft to send yourself.
Does it use tasks?
Each finished search uses one task, however many leads it finds.
